She considers herself a bridge builder and is passionate about cultivating relationships. Over the past 10-plus years, Lu has played key roles in organizational transformation, building teams, and democratizing data for organizations such as Cancer Treatment Centers of America, The Home Depot, Travel Wisconsin, Master Lock, Mitel, and Builders First Source. As a director of Analytic Solutions, she helps bring together the right people and processes to create value for our clients. With a degree in creative writing, Lu loves storytelling and reading, and she hopes to publish a book of her own!
