WE ARE

DRUMLINE

More than a team of math nerds, engineers, and marketers, we’re an ensemble of creative problem solvers, strategic thinkers, and curious learners.
We’re equal parts right brain and left brain. And we exist to help our people, our communities, and our clients find a rhythm that moves them forward, every day.

CULTURE +

VALUES

Voted one of the Best Places to Work in Dallas, Drumline is fiercely committed to its people and culture. As a professional services company, we know we’re nothing without our talented team members.

That’s why creating and maintaining a culture of inclusivity and growth, where each individual can thrive, is critical for our success. This is reinforced by our core values, our approach to career development, and our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Humble

We balance confidence with humility and recognize there is always room to learn from mistakes and feedback, and to share in collective wins.

Hungry

With an insatiable appetite for learning, we are always up for a challenge. Our team members are resourceful self-starters, motivated by excellence and a drive to find creative solutions.

Heart

We work to recognize the uniqueness of each Drummer on our team. Through empathy and the courage to have difficult conversations, our community is built on a foundation of trust and mutual respect.

People

+ Community

Career Development

We work with employees at an individual level to design customized career paths that enable advancement and personal growth.

Coaching, mentorship, and timely feedback are provided to each person to assist in their career development, work-life balance, and overall success. Additionally, we have several ways that team members can highlight individual and team achievements on a regular basis.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

Every member of our team is unique — and we think that’s worth celebrating. At Drumline, we believe that our diverse experiences and perspectives contribute to our community, our work, and our personal and professional growth in meaningful ways.

We’re committed to cultivating an environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work, own their triumphs and mistakes, and know their contributions will be valued and opinions welcomed.

SERVICE DAYS

Community is important to us, and we’re always looking for ways to give back and support organizations that are helping people take steps forward.

Each year, Drumline holds several company-wide service days to support local organizations. We also provide paid personal service days for our team members to volunteer with the organizations that matter most to them.

Audrey was recognized by Direct Marketing News as a Top 40 Under 40 and by AAF Dallas as a Shining Star. She received her BBA from The College of William and Mary and MBA from SMU. Lysbet is a rockstar role model for women in STEM. As a lifelong student of math and economics, she has built her career in positions across client services and analytics. Lysbet has worked with Fortune 500 companies and iconic brands, including Groupon and Ulta, where she was instrumental in building centralized customer views to support marketing personalization and analytics. Ashley is a two-time winner of Drumline’s culture award and has been the recipient of the 32 Under 32 and Shining Star awards from AAF Dallas. She got her start in cosmetology — cue the great eyebrows — and quickly found herself taking on marketing responsibilities. From there, she transitioned to a career in marketing, working both client-side and agency-side for brands such as the American Heart Association, Macy’s, CVS, Choctaw Casinos, and Mitel. In 2023, she became fully dedicated to our people and culture. Outside of our Drumline community, you’ll find Ashley creating authentic and silly content for her French Bulldog Bleu’s social media channels — @the.frenchie.blue.

Jeremy is a professional dot connector and creative problem solver. On the front line of ambitious analytics transformations, Jeremy focuses on helping our clients define their desired future state and then building a roadmap to help them get there. This included guiding a 150-year-old organization through the development of an integrated data platform. Jeremy helped form and expand our multidisciplinary centers of excellence, including those focused on customer data platforms, server-side tracking, and website optimization strategy. Unafraid of charting new waters, he is an avid traveler who has visited over half the countries in Europe and experienced many “lost-in-translation” moments while spending a month in Japan.

Dana started her career as an analyst, when she discovered her passion for building trust and relationships with clients. After a strategic career pivot, she transitioned to our account team. Today, in her role as VP of Analytic Solutions, Dana provides strategic direction for our client partners. She is a strong believer that math can be creative, there is always a solution to a problem (even if unconventional!), and organization is key. Dana has been the recipient of both the 32 Under 32 and Shining Star awards from AAF Dallas. When she’s not working, Dana can be found relaxing with a puzzle — more than 1,000 pieces is nonnegotiable — or spoiling her two rescue dogs.
